Integrating the work of Psychology and Spirituality is a great passion of mine. I believe taken together, focusing on the alignment and healing of the mind body and spirit, has the potential to amplify one’s growth exponentially.

Psychotherapy works to help one’s mental life. To clean up the clutter of the mind so it can feel settled, calm and present. To look curiously at the past, gaining insight into what wounds need attention, what conditioned patterns need letting go and what underlying opportunities are contained within those experiences. Making meaning out of one’s story and thus connecting it to the larger picture.

Eventually you will see that the real cause of problem is not life itself. It’s the commotion the mind makes about life that really causes the problems... There is nothing more important to true growth than realizing that you are not the voice of the mind - you are the one who hears it.
— Michael Singer

Becoming a master of our mind enables us to step into our divine nature with greater ease. This transformational work acts almost as a rebirth, allowing one to re-emerge as a co-creator with an extended body, repatterned brain, amplified mind, generous heart, and a deeply active soul.

If you are interested in psychotherapy sessions or curious about how this may add to the spiritual work, you can find more information on my Counseling practice’s website.
